Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound sales techniques to identify potential B2B clients.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' business goals and challenges and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

• Present product or service offerings persuasively to decision-makers, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and customer satisfaction.

• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.


Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in B2B telesales or outbound sales, with at least [1 year] of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects over the phone. Good English and Hindi communication.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

•Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required
