Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise and mentor telesales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure team goals are met.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to drive sales growth and meet organizational targets.

• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve results.

• Target Achievement: Set clear sales targets for the team and track progress, taking corrective actions as necessary to achieve goals.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to the management team.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that telesales representatives adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements in all interactions.

• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Graduate/ Undergraduate

• 3 years proven experience in team handling

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

• Good communication skill in English and Hindi.
