Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Washmatic India Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets. This role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in dealer management and channel development
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Willingness to travel


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Manage and build relationships with key dealers, distributors, and customers
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive sales growth
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
