·        Establishing techniques and procedures and designating the particular NDT methods, techniques and procedures to be used.

·        Evaluate and interpret results in terms of existing codes, standards and specifications.

·        Training and certification of Level-I and Level-II NDT personnel.

·        Ability to troubleshoot, provide technical leadership, and correct NDT processes while maintaining product and process flow.

·        Understand and interpret codes, standards, specifications, and client requirements related to NDT inspection to meet demands and compliance.

·        Develop and implement General Inspection Procedures (GIPs) and NDT method procedures and techniques.

·        Perform site assessments and leadership in audits.

·        Research and implement new Inspection techniques and technologies to improve current processes and support next level process.

·        Plan, direct, and coordinate all Quality Assurance functions.

·        Direct and coordinate the overall quality specifications and standards for materials, processes, and finished products to meet clients’ requirements.

·        Provide solutions to clients’ NDT inspection related problems.

·        Provide technical assistance to Operation and Sales departments as and when required.

·        Perform any other tasks as required by the Management
