Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Assured & Protective India Pvt. Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our industrial safety shoes to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your sales career with a reputable company.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety products, particularly safety shoes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel and meet with clients as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our industrial safety shoes to potential clients.
- Generate new leads and opportunities through various sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
