Duties of the role-holder will be:

·        Should be able to Counsel Students and Increase sales for Canada/UK/USA/AUS.

·        Describe different visa application processes, benefits and special offers to clients.

·        Identify the correct prospect according to the eligibility standards & convert into a sale.

·        Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

·        Regular follow up on enquiries received.

·        Identify, resolve queries & handling objections of clients.

·        Maximum achievement of goals and service levels.

·        Effective pipeline management.

·        Able to achieve a monthly target.

·        Any added responsibility assigned by Superiors to enhance more ability.

·        Counselling the students as per their eligibility and requirement

·        Calling on various leads database to generate and convert

·        Attend telephonic queries and convert telephonic queries in walk-ins

·        Handling client interactions

·        The role-holder will represent Student Connect to prospective students, parents and organisations and works to increase inquiries and convert applications into enrolled students.

·        You will join a dynamic team and will be responsible for converting enquiries from students who are interested in studying abroad specially from Indian national.

·        You will use the superior customer service skills and professionalism throughout daily interactions and communications with students including interviews, phone calls, emails and information sessions.
