Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Immigration Counsellor to join our team at the Surat office. This is a full-time position that demands an individual well-versed in immigration laws with a strong acumen in managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills, and possess a keen eye for detail. The role involves guiding clients through their immigration journeys with expertise and sensitivity.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to clients regarding immigration options, requirements, and procedures.
• Prepare and review client documents to ensure complete and accurate immigration applications.
• Conduct initial consultations and evaluations of clients’ eligibility for different immigration programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and changes to assist clients’ effectively.
• Coordinate with legal teams and advisors to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
• Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication and by addressing client inquiries.
• Assist clients in preparing for visa interviews and other related procedures.
• Follow up with immigration authorities and clients to track the progress of applications.
