Job Description

Position                     : Relationship Manager Organization Name : Sakthi Financial Services Limited Industry       : Banking and Financial Services

Products/ Services   : Lockers, Deposits, General and Life Insurance, Mutual Funds

·       Represent SFSL, its values and vision to all prospective customers and present our services

·       Acquire new customers for SFSL, and take accountability in handling their investment

·       portfolios including Lockers and Deposits

·       Meeting Productivity targets as assigned by the Organization on month on month basis.

·       Cross-Sell and Up-Sell to existing clients

·       Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done & provide the right investment solution based on the analysis.

·       Ensure that MIS/ Reporting Formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.

·       Maintain customer relations & ensure post sale needs of customers are met.

·       Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures.

·       Organize marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.

Requirements:

·       Presentable and multi-tasking skills

·       Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

·       A team player with a customer-centric approach

·       Basic Selling Skills

·       Knowledge of basic marketing techniques and principles

·       Local language proficiency and mobility.

Compensation: Basis industry standards and last drawn salary
