Key Responsibilities:
• Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned
• Strategizing hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that the hiring needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner
• Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with the interview panel
• Develop, influence, and execute sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates
• Maintaining and developing candidate databases and trackers.
• Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities
• Focus on networking methods to reach potential candidates through LinkedIn, Industry leads, key contacts, portals, etc.
• Experience in handling offer negotiation with the candidates
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the mission to deliver the highest quality results for the company
• Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders
Desired Skills and Experience:
• At least 1+ years of relevant IT Technical hiring experience.
• Confident and motivated with strong communication skills
