About the Role:

We seek a dedicated Executive Assistant Intern to work closely with Abhishek Thakur, CEO and Founder of Ascella Infosec, supporting him in managing multiple organizations. This internship offers a pathway to a full-time role in the Founder’s office, with opportunities to contribute to high-level business activities, manage teams, and provide updates on organizational progress. You'll accompany the CEO to meetings and events, manage daily tasks, and ensure smooth coordination across various teams.

Stipend Details:

• First 2 months: No stipend
• From 3rd month onwards: ₹10,000/month stipend
• Salary Hike: After 6 months, based on performance, a salary increase will be provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO in overseeing the operations of multiple businesses
• Manage team activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to the CEO
• Accompany the CEO to client meetings, events, and conferences
• Organize schedules, tasks, and meetings to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Handle confidential information and maintain discretion
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and managing projects
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Possess a good dressing sense and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Support the CEO in day-to-day activities, ensuring that all responsibilities are handled efficiently

Requirements:

• Based in Chandigarh or nearby regions
• Well-organized, proactive, and a strong communicator
• Ability to manage multiple teams and report progress updates directly to the CEO
• Willingness to travel for meetings and events as needed
• Excellent dressing sense and a professional appearance are essential
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
