Job description

• Provide end-user technical support
• Provide support for all software and application installations such as Office, Outlook, etc.
• Administer, deploy and support all hardware desktop technologies (PCs, laptops, printers, phones and related peripheral devices)
• Responsible for diagnosing, documenting and resolving Hardware related issue
• Assist in windows Active Directory, ADC, and DNS, File share, WSUS, Antivirus and other server administration.
• Assist in windows Backup, group policies and user administration.
• Experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS.
• Basic network connectivity troubleshooting skills and proficient with configuration of Router, switch, and firewalls.
• Document, track and respond to requests for service and reported problems through the ticketing system.
• Assist in vendor coordination and management.

Required Candidate profile

• Any Technical Degree
• Any Relevant Technical Courses / A+ or equivalent
• 4-6 years of experience in IT(Relative management)
• Good level of written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently as well as work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Looking for professionally qualified candidates with around 5 year experience in System Admin / EDP / Antivirus, Firewall configuration etc. in a large organization. Must be able to handle multiple units.

General: Good communication skills & fluent in Kannada & English. 

Salary: 40 - 45K.
