Preparing the process plan for the allotted tool/mold as per Specifications2. Managing and maintaining the critical spares for the mold3. Assembly of molds and maintaining them in good condition4. Analyzing the root cause and trouble shooting of molds and resolving the open points/issues5. Critical benchwork of inserts and matching of parts during mold assembly6. Should handle molds with Hot runner systems for detailed assembly7. Usage of hand tools like filing, polishing, deburring techniques, etc.8. Planning and scheduling as per the requirement.9. Mold preventive maintenance of existing molds which are in productionOther Position Duties:1. Reporting the daily/monthly utilization report of the Job Good documentation skills to maintain the relevant documents up to date for audits.
