JOB DESCRIPTION:

BPO/ KPO Experience in management and Back Office Operation will add in advantage.

1. Candidate is expected to lead independently and remotely with a team size of 30+ under his control .
2. implement and streamline computer based system for all operations and have proper man-management skills
3. He should be able identify the training needs of his team members, focus on their key improvement areas and should have proper knowledge of Excel
4. The candidate should be proactive in meeting clients requirements and handle escalations if any.
5. The candidate should have apt knowledge of English (both written and verbal) and should be able to handle client communication (both calls and emails) whenever required.
6. He should be efficient enough to take strategic decisions as when situations arise.
