Description:


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Source candidates through various platforms (Naukri, Monster, etc.).
  • Co-ordinate with HR Consultant
  • Manage recruitment processes including pre-joining documentation.
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, and confirmation letters.
  • Oversee induction and joining formalities.
  1. Administration:
  • Manage employee records, attendance, vacations, and leave.
  • Update and maintain leave records on the biometric system.
  • Handle query and grievance resolution for employees.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development Manager for follow-ups.
  1. Compensation & Benefits:
  • Handle compensation and benefits administration.
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and compliance.
  • Maintain insurance renewal sheets for employees.
  • Check budget, current CTC, and proposed CTC for new hires, and obtain necessary approvals before issuing offers.
  1. Payroll & Compliance:
  • Prepare payroll and manage attendance and leave.
  • Handle statutory compliances such as PF and ESI through consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  1. Training & Development:
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
  1. Employee Relations & Performance Management:
  • Manage employee relations and performance issues.
  • Participate in discussions with management regarding new policies and procedures.
  1. Exit Management:
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Issue relieving letters and full and final settlement statements for exiting employees.
  1. Facility Management:
  • Oversee facility management and coordination of internal meetings and seminars.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management and administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with insurance management and compliance.

 

Reporting To:

  • Management Team

 

Number Of Openings: 1, Location: Parel Mumbai. (Near from Kurry Road)


Remuneration: Up to 35000/-pm.
