Qualification Required –
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR) Management
2. Master's degree in Human Resources (HR) Management
3. Professional certification from a recognized HR association, such as the Society for Human Resource
Management (SHRM).
4. Professional experience in Human Resources or related field.

Key Responsibility
• Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and best
practice requirements
• Take a lead role in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, interviewing and selection,
and onboarding
• Oversee the performance management process, including coaching and counseling of staff
• Ensure employee records are kept up to date and in compliance with legal and company requirements
• Develop and implement training and development plans for staff
• Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on a range of HR issues
• Contribute to the annual budget process
• Promote a positive employee relations environment and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Strategically identify HR trends and recommend changes to enhance performance
• Manage employee benefit plans
• Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend initiatives to improve employee
engagement
• Participate in special projects and assignments as needed.
The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive and strategic
Human Resources support to the organization. This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment of
personnel, maintaining employee records, conducting onboarding and orientation, and providing guidance and
support to the organization’s management and staff.
They must have the ability to think analytically and develop creative solutions to complex labor and
employment issues. The successful candidate must also have an in-depth understanding of labor law and the
ability to interpret labor standards and regulations.
