Designation: Manager Works/ Plant Head.

Location: Ludhiana.

Educational qualifications should be Degree/Diploma in Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 10 years & more.

Remuneration: Commensurate with skill, qualifications and experience.

Required Skills:

Candidate should have Strong leadership, independent, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent problem solving skills.

Requirements:

ü Candidate should have been a Manager Works or an Asst. Works Manager for at least 3-5 years in an injection molding company having 10 or more injection molding machines.

ü Its Techno commercial position.

ü Need to Plan, organize and direct the operation with effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.

ü Preferably from rigid packaging industry.

ü Should have Exposure to various systems like 5S, ISO/TS-16949, TPM, KANBAN, KAIZEN, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc

ü Should Have Excellent Factory operation & exposure to handle Labour Issue.

ü Should have knowledge of plastic raw material & it's processing.

ü Should know MS office basic application.

Job Responsibilities:

Have to look in to entire operation i.e. Manufacturing Operation, vendor development, Production Management, Quality Assurance, Process improvement & also in Look into Product & Business Development activity.

To handle all internal, surveillance, re-certification and customer audits.

Handle of internal as well as external commercial audits & Cost reduction.

Company Profile: Our Client Company committed to the innovation, production & promotion of injection molded plastic goods. They are the largest Plastic Container supplier to the Paints Industry. HO in Mumbai & Old Plant at Daman.
