Job Description:
Position: - Process Coordinator.
Location: - Parel, Mumbai. (walkable from Curry Road Station)
Qualification: - Any Graduate
Experience: Min. 2 Yrs. to 5 Yrs. Experience with Excellent Communication
Roles & Responsibility:
· Preferably with good communication skills,
· Handling Enquiries / sending offers & circulars to Client,
· Follow-up thru calls and e-mails with Clients for orders / payment,
· Update monthly Reports (viz. sales & marketing activities,
· Payment collection / projection) Offers sent, Sales Order booking,
· Payment projection and Material dispatch details,
· Maintain Client & PO Files, keeping record of active & non-active cases,
· Keeping Principal offer file, keeping stock of catalogues,
· Reconcile sales ledger with accounts dept & Clients,
Salary Range: Up to 3.00 LPA
