Maintenance Manager

Description:

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Ø Full-time

Ø Min 5 to 6 years of experience of leading a team of maintenance engineers

Ø Candidate must be from westerns suburbs

Ø Preventive & breakdown Maintenance of CNC & NON-CNC machines (as per schedule)

Ø Ensure 100% uptime of all machines and equipment’s

Ø Machine must include Turning, Milling & Grinding Machines

Ø Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Knowledge required

Ø Knowledge of CNC Controllers such as Siemens, Fanuc, PLC’s programming, etc…

Ø Majority issues to be addressed internally with team

Ø In extreme case external parties to be called – must have good network of maintenance service providers

Ø In case of certain machines – coordination with European manufacturers for support coordination to be done

Ø In addition to Machine & Factory equipment maintenance – Building maintenance activities must also be coordinated by same team
