Description:
Compliance for Listed Entities:
Ensure adherence to SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) regulations and guidelines.
Oversee the timely and accurate filing of all necessary disclosures, financial statements and reports with the stock exchange.
Manage compliance with corporate governance standards and other regulations applicable to listed entities.
Tax and Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including direct and indirect taxes, GST, and corporate tax filing.
Manage relationships with tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
Cost Management:
Develop robust process for tracking the cost of the product accurately.
Collect, analyse and report on cost accounting data.
Developing and implementing guidelines on cost control strategies and determining right pricing for products and services.
Operational and ERP Management:
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate financial data seamlessly across the organization.
Drive cost management and operational efficiency initiatives.
Implement robust financial controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Optimize the use of financial resources to support business operations and growth.
Team Leadership:
Manage and lead a high-performing finance team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance department.
Mentor and support team members in achieving their career goals.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability.
Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting financial practices.
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) from a reputed institution with 10-15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5-7 in manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of strategic financial planning and execution.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles and best practices.
Good Team Management, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
