Description:

Position: - Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive / Executive – Business Development

 

Qualification: - B.E. (Mech), DME / Science Grad, PGDM (Marketing)

 

Experience: -     Min. 2 years

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         To handle overall business development cycle.

·         To have a thorough product knowledge and suggest right product for right application.

·         Efficiently coordinate with customers- distributors and vendors –Plants to ensure best service.

·         Collection of payments and to maintain credit discipline.

·         Provide specific, weekly, and monthly reports.

·         Introduce new product to the customers and to ensure that it is converted into their specified requirement and subsequent sale.

·         Suggest new strategies based on client feedback/comments relating to product and pricing.

·         In addition, carry out any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management/ Sales and Marketing Director.

·         It’s not a target related profile. Only deal with the leads provided by the company.

 

Required/ competency:

·         Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

·         Flair for industrial sales.

·         Good English oral and written communication skills.

·         An effective team player with a strong work ethic.

·         Personal presentation skill.

·         Approx 750 people associated.

·         Strong distribution channel in India and five overseas countries:

·         All general facilities available for Staff.

·         Half day on Every Saturday.

·         General Office Timing: 8.30 am. to 5.00 pm.

Number Of Openings: 6 (Hiring two individuals for each level of the hierarchy.)
