Job Profile:

1) Sales Invoicing, vendor receipt, Purchase invoicing, Payments, balance confirmation,

2) Expense verification, Expenses Data Entry in Tally ERP9

3) Timely data in of Bank Statements in Tally ERP9

4) Calculating & Maintaining TDS, Profession Tax, GST Worksheets 

5) Maintaining Records for Batch Wise Admission, expenses budget, Advance Receipt Worksheet, Daily Task Sheet Review.

6) Confirmation to Participants on email regarding Admission, Payments follow up.

Specific Skills / Knowledge:

1. Must knowledge of Tally ERP9, Advance Excel, Journal entries, Cash entries, and all types of ledgers i.e., Supplier & Customer Purchase and Shares Trading Account.

2. Prepares Asset, Liability and Capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information

3. Documents financial transactions by entering account information

4. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential

5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

6. Online transaction and banking system
