Key Responsibilities:

2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
3. Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their needs and offer product solutions.
4. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products or services.
5. CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate and up-to-date information.
6. Sales Analytics: Assist in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
7. Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing sales-related documentation.
8. Learning and Development: Proactively seek to learn about our products, industry trends, and effective sales techniques.
