Responsibilities:

• Measurement and Inspection:
• Conduct precise measurements of MS structures and items using various tools and equipment.
• Inspect the condition of MS surfaces, identifying imperfections or areas requiring attention.
• Data Collection:
• Record accurate and detailed measurements in digital or manual formats.
• Collect data on MS structures, including dimensions, surface conditions, and any other relevant parameters.
• Coating Assessment:
• Evaluate the existing coating on MS structures and items for integrity and effectiveness.
• Document the coating type, thickness, and any defects that may impact the coating process.
• Documentation:
• Maintain organized and comprehensive records of measurements, inspections, and data collected.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for coating processes.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in industrial measurement and data collection, particularly with MS structures.
• Familiarity with coating processes and relevant industry standards.

Working Conditions:

• The role may involve working in industrial plant environments, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
• Periodic travel to different plant locations may be necessary.
