Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail Expansion: Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute retail expansion strategies in your assigned region.
2. Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful store openings and remodels.
3. Site Selection: Identify and evaluate potential retail locations, conducting market research and feasibility studies.
4. Vendor Management: Oversee the selection and management of contractors, architects, and other vendors involved in store projects.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations, permits, and licenses necessary for store operations.
6. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, adjusting as needed to stay within allocated financial limits.
7. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards for store design and construction to uphold Flying Machine's brand image.
8. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status and updates to senior management, informing them about progress and potential issues.
9. Team Leadership: To achieve project goals, lead and motivate project teams, including contractors and internal staff.
10. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or a related field
• 7 years of project management experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a solid commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
