Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients on Upwork and Fiverr, LinkedIn.
• Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through proposals, messages, and calls on Upwork and Fiverr.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients, highlighting our IT services and solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive reviews.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands on freelance platforms.
• Proposal Writing: Create compelling proposals and quotations tailored to client needs on Upwork and Fiverr.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services and products.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Upwork and Fiverr platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
