Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Guru.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, leads, and sales performance.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development progress.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in using Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Guru for business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
