Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Loans Business Development Manager with a strong focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to strategically market and promote FinTech solutions, including authentication, corporate due diligence, and verification services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers in the assigned territory/industry
  2. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  3. Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to upper management.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with company goals.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
  6. Closely engage with customers primarily from the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors to understand and secure requirements to provide consultative solutions
  7. Strategically market and develop business opportunities for solutions across authentication, corporate due diligence, individual and corporate verification, etc.
  8. Liaise closely with pre-sales and application team to regularly conduct online / in-person meetings with new and existing customers
  9. Manage end-to-end sales cycle
  10. Prompt update of every action item/customer details on CRM with regular (fortnightly / monthly) reports to be presented to the reporting manager/management
  11. Leverage existing customer relationships to formulate and implement effective cross / upsell strategies
  12. Stay abreast with current affairs especially within and around BFSI sector in India What you need to work with us: Excellent communication skills - both written & spoken with proficiency in MS Office
  13. Proactive and self-motivated with a zeal to learn in fast fast-paced agile environment
  14. Should be able to handle high pressure and adhere to timelines - both internal and external

Experience and Qualifications:

  • B. Tech + MBA /PGDM from a B-School with min. 18 - 24 months of full-time experience in end-to-end sales, Business Development, Business Analysis, Account Management, Customer Relationship Management
  • Minimum of 18-24 months of full-time experience in end-to-end sales, Business Development, Business Analysis, Account Management, or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Candidates with a background in software (SaaS products) and functional knowledge of the BFSI domain will be preferred.
  • Experience in lending products such as Secured/Unsecured Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Housing Finance Loans, SME Loans, Institutional Finance, and Vehicle Finance (Two-Wheeler, Auto, Commercial Vehicle) is an added advantage.
