Job Title: Inventory Field Representative

Description:

·       Candidate will use handheld Barcode Inventory Scanner to perform a wall to wall inventory of tagged assets in identified buildings. Inventory Field Rep will also be responsible for the application of tags for assets that do not currently have asset tags affixed. Inventory Field Representatives will upload and download data from scanners to laptops—data collection/verification includes Building Number, Floor Number, Room Number, Department Number, Asset Tag Number, Asset Description, Asset Model Number, Assets Manufacturer Name, Asset Serial Number.

·       Inventory Field Representative will be working with client supplied floor plans that will be required for verification and possible changes to the individual floor plans. Individual pictures of the assets may be required by using the barcode reader. An 8 hour business day will be the normal time commitment, five days per week, equating to a 40 hour work week.

·       Anticipated individual project duration for Project 1 is estimated to be in the range of 60 to 90 business days, and for Project 2 90 to 120 business days.

·       Professional appearance and demeanour and advanced communication skills with project team leadership, as well as with client representatives, is of paramount importance.
