Job Overview


We are looking for a Sales Consultant - Toyota to join our team at Arpanna Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling Toyota vehicles and providing an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles and their features
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Fluency in the local language is preferred
  • Valid driver's license


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell Toyota vehicles
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of different Toyota models to customers
  • Provide accurate information about vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranties
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that suits their needs and preferences
  • Conduct test drives and answer any questions or concerns customers may have
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
  • Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate smooth financing and leasing processes
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Toyota vehicles, promotions, and industry trends
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue generation of the company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process
