Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join our senior leadership team. This full-time position is based at our headquarters in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the sales and marketing strategies, ensuring sustained growth and market presence. They will be responsible for leading all sales and marketing initiatives, financial management, and strategic planning in alignment with the company's objectives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven leadership experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the pharmaceuticals industry, with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong strategic planning skills to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Extensive experience in financial management, including budget planning, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Exceptional decision-making abilities to make strategic decisions that drive the company towards its goals.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate the company's vision and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven team-building skills to inspire and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve any challenges that may arise in the sales and marketing department.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
  • Oversee market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with market needs and customer demands.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
