- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs in manufacturing processes
- Oversee line processes and product quality control
- Manage QA team and conduct regular audits for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with F&D and Quality Control for product development and testing
