Customer Support Engineer is one who is responsible for handle equipment’s AMC, Repairing & Calibration services.
Installation & Commissioning
· Provide on-site installation & commissioning of instruments & A.M.C. visit.
· Perform In house & onsite trouble shooting, service & repairs within the scheduled timeline.
· Perform instruments Calibration as per respective standard procedure within scheduled timeline.
· Perform inspection of material, accessories, spares, and equipment’s on receipt
Enquiry Management
· Generate enquiries
· Timely and professionally handle field service calls
· Resolving issues arising from field service visits
Reporting
· Submit respective reports within the scheduled timeline to Team Leader
· Co-ordinate with the internal work teams such as Accounts, Admin etc.,
· Maintain documentation as required.
Qualification:
- Diploma/BE Electronics/Instrumentation
- Experience in Electronics servicing
