Job Overview

Arohan Financial Services Limited is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team. As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain practical experience and exposure to various HR functions while providing support to the HR team. This is an internship opportunity for freshers with less than 1 year of experience. The internship will be based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and the employment type is 'Internship'.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of interviewing techniques

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews
• Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in conducting orientation programs for new employees
• Support the HR team in employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and employee recognition events
• Assist in HRIS data entry and maintenance
• Participate in various HR projects as assigned
