Our main business is in Debt collection and customer service. We're seeking a qualified Tele caller executive to handle cold calls.

Tele caller will utilize their skills to generate revenue to the organization and able to develop their work experience, build a confidence within. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills, and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Job Description Role details

Location - Chandan Nagar Working Days – Day Shift / 6 Working days (Monday to Saturday)

Process- Outbound domestic’s process

Age- 18 To 30 yrs

Education- 12th Pass / Under Graduate / Graduation

LANGUAGE- Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati,

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE-  Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply.

 Contact customers and informing them of their overdue bills.

 Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.

 Negotiate suitable payment plans.

 Maintain customer payment records.

 Ability and willingness to deliver in high pressure environment.

 Candidate able to handle window based application: MS Office, Excel, power point.

 Excellent negotiating skills
