Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of Telesales/Customer Service in our company, ARMC. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate should have 0.6 to 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell our products/services
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
