Job Overview


ARMC is looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by generating new leads and closing sales deals. The successful candidate will have a junior level experience of 1 to 3 years in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills :


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same or electrical automation industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, Word, MS Excel.
  • Previous Experience in System Integrated Preferred.
  • Understanding of audio/video, Networking, Telecom, Lighting, security & Energy management system
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills..
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales process and timely delivery of products or services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
