Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in a designated region to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Sales Performance Management:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Implement effective sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Understand customer needs and market trends to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, in Fire Fighting industry Mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
