3. Strong interpersonal skills

5. Detail oriented with the ability to do multitasking.
6. Eagerness to learn the new technology in Talent Acquisition.
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Roles and Responsibility:
1. Candidate Sourcing:
i. Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking to source potential candidates.
ii. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
2. Recruitment Coordination:
i. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
ii. Assist in the preparation and distribution of interview materials.
3. Resume Review:
i. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
ii. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
4. Candidate communication:
i. Communication with candidates regarding the status of their applications.
ii. Provide information about the company and job opportunities to potential candidates.
5. Collaboration:
i. Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
ii. Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events.
CTC: 1.5 to 2 LPA
Office Timing: 10AM to 6PM
