HR Generalist with a Focus on Employee Engagement
Position Overview:
As an HR Generalist with a primary focus on employee engagement, will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR activities, with a strong emphasis on implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Location : Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- · Employee Engagement Programs: Develop, implement, and manage employee engagement initiatives and programs to create a vibrant workplace culture. This includes organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives, skip level meets, fun activities.
- · Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution as needed. Promote a harmonious work atmosphere.
- · Onboarding and Induction: Conduct new employee inductions and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- · HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied. Keep abreast of ESIC and PF registrations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
- · Time Management: Maintain attendance and leave records of employees.
- · HRIS Management: Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accurately.
- · Benefits Administration: Support in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, organize health camps, welfare activities, and ensure employees have access to necessary information.
Qualifications:
- · MBA – HR is a must.
- ·Should have experience in RCM / BPO industry.
- ·Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee engagement and relations.
- ·Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all organizational levels.
- · Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- · Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- · High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- ·Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- ·Creative and innovative mindset to develop engaging employee programs.
- · Strong organizational and time management skills.
- · Experience 2-5 years
