Responsibilities
· Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
· Answer queries about products or the company.
· Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
· Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
· Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
· Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
· Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
· E-mail Communication.
Eligibility / Qualifications
· Gender: Female candidates can apply.
· Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience in Telesales with Good communication skills.
· Ability to commute/relocate: Maraimalai Nagar Chennai, Tamilnadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
· Languages: Fluent English & Hindi is a must. Hindi, and Malayalam (Preferred).
· Joining date: Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days can apply.
