Mandatory Skill Requirements:

·        Strong knowledge of the .NET framework and associated technologies.

·        Utilize established development tools, guidelines, and conventions including but not limited to  C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and related IDE.

·        Knowledge of relational database systems and MS SQL databases.

·        Design, Code, and Test new Windows Software applications

·        Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement

·        Evaluate system performance. Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects

·        Investigate and develop skills in new technologies

·        Familiarity with accessibility, and usability.

·        Create technical specifications, test plans, and report application specifics
