Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Scheduling and Dispatch: Coordinate service engineer schedules, assign tasks, and dispatch engineers to customer sites.
• Work Order Management: Manage work orders, ensure accurate documentation, and track progress.
• Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and providing updates.
• Engineer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to service engineers as needed.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure quality standards are met, addressing any issues or defects.
•  Inventory Management: Manage spare parts and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze data to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
•  Team Management: Supervise and mentor service engineers, conducting performance evaluations and training.
•  Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
• Warranty Management: Manage warranty claims, processing and tracking warranty-related repairs and maintenance.
