• Order Processing Systems Building (Continuously build the STEM system in all directions and enable new features and functionalities)
• Productivity Increase (Order processing speed & accuracy have to be continuously improved)
• Customer Satisfaction (Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business)
• Ensure compliance to organizational standards, including safety standards and client or customer communications
• Monitor and provide feedback to managed staff to effect improvements in organizational goals
• Manage reports
• Handling an Escalations and Providing the right solution
• Ensure to collect the payment on time from the dealers.
• Monitor the team’s activity
• Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
