Primary Sales
Build a network of hardware stores to display and sell Aristo sliding door products through each store’s local network of carpenters and contractors.
- Identify stores and store networks.
- Ensure that the stores have a large target (secondary) customer base of carpenters and contractors.
- Rollout (paid) sliding door displays.
- Train the store personnel on the product and the design portal (online software platform).
- Enable the stores to directly place orders received from their customers through the design portal.
- Ensure regular monthly sales.
- Run promotions and schemes.
- Use the sales management system for tracking and reporting progress.
Secondary Demand Creation
To build a loyal base of carpenters and contractors who will buy Aristo sliding doors.
- Collaborate with the hardware stores to tap into their customer base.
- Build relationships with this customer base.
- Train on products and applications.
- Make site visits to help them solve specific customer needs.
- Run events at local venues to train and entertain customers.
- Ensure sales are driven through the store.
Team Building
Currently, this function/team does not exist and the candidate is required to hire a pan-India team that will execute the above tasks. Ideally, we look for a candidate who can bring along an existing team that can start the sales operations immediately.
