Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head B2C to join our team at KBros Aristo Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, senior-level position ideal for professionals with a maximum of 10 years of work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the B2C sales strategy and ensuring the growth and profitability of our premium products in the market.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and design consultants across the state, ensuring alignment with company targets and providing strategic direction.
- Generate revenue by achieving both individual and team sales targets, while also meeting dealer targets within the assigned region.
- Organize and execute architect meets and networking events to promote products and foster new relationships.
- Participate in industry exhibitions and trade shows to increase brand visibility and capture new business opportunities.
- Prepare and analyze detailed market reports, including customer feedback and market trends, to identify areas of growth.
- Collaborate closely with the headquarters to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies across the state.
- Coordinate new business development initiatives by identifying potential opportunities and expanding into untapped markets.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SOPs across all sales activities and showroom operations within the region.
- Train and develop the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service quality.
- Review and evaluate showroom staff performance, making adjustments to strategies as needed to improve efficiency and sales outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the kitchen and wardrobe or similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with industry professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchens, wardrobes, and home furnishing products.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to improve performance.
- Experience in training and managing teams in a showroom environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software.
