The Job Responsibilities can be as mentioned below:
1. Setting strategy and vision for the business development in the designated territory:
a) Dealer Network Management.
b) Developing Business in OEM’s & Projects / Hospitality segment.
2. Driving strategic initiatives within the business unit to localize, optimize & design & develop low-cost market support for the channel network development to improve bottom line.
3. Setting strategic direction for Sales team at secondary level & announce incentives program as & when required.
4. Provide leadership, coaching for development of sales & service teams.
5. Drive process changes for winning strategies.
6. Maintaining Integrity, Compliance and Controllership.
7. Assessing our own policy & dynamics, industry trends and work with local Dealer & OEM teams to develop a business strategy for up-coming business campaigns.
8. Develop coordination in various departments of the organization for smooth cross vertical functions.
9. Have a better coordination with After Sales & Service Team for better results and customer satisfaction.
10. Develop continuous process of generating revenue and thus maintain the status of Profit Center by managing both Top Line as well as the Bottom Line
