Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, experience in vendor management, and the ability to optimize the procurement process efficiently. This role requires monitoring purchase order accuracy, and supplier performance, and mitigating risks to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase Order Management: Ensure accuracy in purchase orders to minimize errors and streamline procurement processes.
• Purchase Cycle Optimization: Monitor and reduce the time taken from requisition to order completion for improved efficiency.
• Supplier Performance Evaluation: Assess suppliers based on factors like on-time delivery, product quality, and issue resolution.
• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers for long-term collaboration.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks such as supply chain disruptions and market fluctuations.
• Negotiation & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements in line with company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the interior, furniture, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
