Job Title: Purchase Incharge

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Purchase Incharge to manage procurement activities, ensure supply chain efficiency, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and a strategic approach to procurement management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor purchase order accuracy to reduce errors and streamline procurement processes.
  • Track and optimize purchase cycle time, ensuring efficient requisition-to-order completion.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on on-time delivery, product quality, and responsiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to foster long-term partnerships and reliability.
  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks, including supply chain disruptions and market fluctuations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing with business needs and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the interior, furniture, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, vendor management, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
