1.Continuous Monitoring the inventory & Purchase

2.Prepare monthly reports of received goods, issued goods and current stock levels. 

3.Make sure the transaction follows FIFO, in the time of picking from racks and stacking in to racks. And maintain FIFO while updating data in to ERP.

4.Organize warehouse and allocate space for up coming shipments 

5.Maintain warehouse neat, clean and organized. 

6.Perform Inventory cycle counts monthly, and report variation to the management. 

7. Low Stock / Out of Stock Alerts has to notified to the concerns.

8. Raising MR for import materials as well as locally procuring materials. 

 9 .Arranging QC for day-to-day operations if necessary and during import consignment Received.

10. Submitting the Received bills to the accounts.

11 .Coordinating with the Logistics team Regarding shipments deliveries and dispatches.

12 .Checking sales order for inventory availability and correct codes. Also check the whole process starting from Picking the materials to Packing and dispatch the same.

13 .Internal Goods Transfer to our Aristo Stores

14 Inter Company Branch Transfer the materials as per their requirement.

15 .Preparing Delivery notes for trading materials once physically checked the materials.

16 .Preparing Intercompany sales orders and delivery notes once physically checked the materials.

17 .Assign work to workers and supervising the team during loading, unloading and during work time. 

18. Coordinating with the Sales team Regarding the Dispatch.
