Job Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager(Sales ) to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time position ideally suited for candidates with up to 5 years of experience. The role involves managing and expanding our market presence in the furniture manufacturing industry, particularly focusing on sliding door systems and interior hardware products.
Qualifications and Skills
- B2B Sales experience is mandatory for this role (Mandatory skill).
- Proven track record in Channel Sales (Mandatory skill).
- Strong ability in developing and implementing Sales Strategy to drive growth.
- Exceptional Client Relationship Management skills to maintain and nurture client relationships.
- Excellent Negotiation skills for closing deals and securing profitable contracts.
- Experience in Forecasting sales trends and setting performance goals.
- Project Sales experience, particularly in large-scale installations, is advantageous.
- Understanding of Modular Kitchen design and sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Manage and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the B2B segment.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners and distributors.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
